How Do I Place An Order For Ruzu Products?
Simply browse the Ruzu shop website and add the respective Ruzu product(s) and quantities of the products you want to buy to your shopping cart by clicking on the buy button and clicking the "+" button displayed against each product available in stock to increase the quantity. Once you are done shopping, click "Shoppin Cart" at the right upper corner of the website to checkout and place your order.

When And How Do I Receive My Orders?
Deliveries are done within 24 to 36 hours after placing your order, For the doorstep deliveries, we use DHL, Fel And Els logistics
For International Deliveries, We use DHL logistics to ship your orders, and deliveries are done in 4 days. Once you place your order, a DHL tracking number will be send to you within 6 hours of placing your order to get a live track of your shipment .
Cargo Logistics , We also use some trusted and reliable cargo companies to ship our products to United kingdom, United state and Canada
NOTE ; To use the cargo shipment option, You must have a minimum of 10kg on your shopping cart

You could make payment for Ruzu products through any of the listed options below
1. Direct Transfer: simply do a transfer to our list of banks displayed, quoting the Order ID of your purchase.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD): cash is collected at the point of delivery its optional to Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt during promo
3. GTBank*737: Dial *737*35*Payment Amount*166# on your phone at the point of delivery and follow the prompts.
4. Bank Card: Debit MasterCard, Verve, Visa & Inter-Switch cards are accepted online on our paystack ( A reliable online platform to make payments)
5. For our foreign customers that do not have Naira Bank cards, we also accept payment through Western money transfer or you can make payment to our domiciliary account
